Recruitment Information for New Graduates
Qualification requirements Students planning to graduate / vocational school / university / graduate from a domestic 4-year university / graduate school in March next year
Intended departments Recruiting any university or college graduates but preference will be given to mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or architecture graduate, and other science and technology courses.
Recruitment fields ・Design and construction of various plants, including maintenance,
 as construction control.
・Design and manufacturing of industrial equipment.
・Civil engineering and construction management
Starting salary 210,000 JPY (for graduates from four-year course/grad school)
190,000 JPY (for graduates from vocational school/college)
Promotion Once a year (in June)
Annual bonus Twice a year (in July and December)
Other benefits Overtime pay, late-night allowance, holiday allowance, family allowance, commuting allowance, etc.
Working hours 8:00 to 17:30 basically  *However, the hours vary depending on the work location/department you are assigned to.
Holidays and vacation leave Completeness 2 days per week (Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday)
On GW, New year’s holiday and summer vacation.
Annual paid vacation (at the time of entering a company, afterward every month will be grant 1 day off and then 4 days more after 6 month pass totally is 10 days)
